Over the past decade or so roof penetration sealing systems went from being almost ignored to high tech. Deck-Grip RPS System (Roof Penetration Sealing System) is a pre-fabricated inter-locking pitch pocket system that is easily assembled on site and filled with fast setting, solvent free, multi-use Deck-Grip All-Purpose Sealer that becomes waterproof within minutes of application. The RPS System is available in different packaging options; the prefabricated pockets simply connect with tongue and groove joints and are composed of a high strength, flexible polyurethane elastomer. All pieces are easily joined by a patent pending locking system to create a pocket of desired size. The RPS System is designed to seal technically challenging penetrations where field flashing may not be practical. When installed and filled with Deck-Grip All-Purpose Sealer, the RPS System becomes a long lasting waterproof solid mass that can make the most challenging penetrations watertight in minutes.
