For membrane attachment to wood and steel roof decks

  • Reduces labor costs by requiring fewer fasteners for seam attachment. 
  • Above average pull-out values in light gauge metal panels, 24, 26, 28, gauge. 
  • Extreme pull-out affords significantly reduced membrane seam fastening frequency. 
  • Unique 5/8" oversize head prevents pull-over.

Application

Materials:

  • Steel thickness from 22 ga (.028 in.) through 18 ga (.045 in.): Min penetration: 3/4"

Use with:

  • 2-7/8" Dekfast hex plates
  • Dekfast steel Batten Bar

Fastener spacing is 12" and 18" O.C. with batten bars spaced 9’-6" O.C. max

  • Other attachment elements approved by the roofing system manufacturer for use with their products
