HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

 

There are three easy ways to place orders with D7BP.com:

SHIPPING:


Once your order has been submitted, we will contact you with the freight rate and delivery estimate.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with all applicable tracking information pertaining to your order.  Our Customer Service is also available to help track your order.

 

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

 

Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. 

 

Requests for cancellation received prior to shipping can be processed without penalty.  If the order has already shipped, the merchandise must be first received and then returned for credit.  Shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will apply.  Credit will be issued once the merchandise has been returned and inspected to be in saleable condition. 

 

 

RETURNS

 

Returns must be requested and returned within 30 days of shipment.  All returns must be requested prior to return and a return authorization code must be obtained prior to any merchandise being accepted back by D7BP.com.  Unless the merchandise is determined to be defective, materials must be received back in saleable condition.  Unless the merchandise is determined to be defective or was shipped by error of D7BP.com, customer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee and all applicable shipping charges.  Credit will be issued once the merchandise has been returned, inspected, and determined to be in saleable condition.
